- Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (FedEx, Canada Post, UPS).
- Shipping method is selected based on destination and efficiency.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 3–10 business days

- Candy Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or logistics issues.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking number is provided once shipped.
- Customers must monitor delivery.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Access
- Customers must provide accurate address details.
- Not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Reshipping is at customer expense.
U.S. PO Box Restriction:
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses in the United States.
- A physical address is required.
Condo / Apartment Deliveries:
- Provide unit number and buzzer code.
- Not responsible for delivery failures due to access restrictions or building policies.
